HEY THERE!
NICE TO meet you.
Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself and others, you've come to the right place. I believe therapy is a space for growth, compassion, and transformation, and I'm honored to walk this journey with you. In this space, you’re encouraged to show up just as you are—messy, beautiful, and everything in between. Together, we'll explore what it means to heal and rediscover the most authentic version of you.
MY BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
A compassionate
and supportive space
for you to explore
heal, and grow.
FIND OUT MORE
Okay, it's time for the credentials part (I'll keep it humble, I promise).
With over 10 years of experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, I bring a fresh perspective that my clients have described as both comforting and transformative. I’m trained in EMDR and I work through a family systems lens to help people reconnect and heal. I love incorporating spirituality and guiding clients through spiritual awakenings, creating a safe space for growth. Think of me as your down-to-earth therapist with a blend of expertise, empathy, and a little soul.
THE HEART OF MY PRACTICE
My passion for empowerment and authenticity
I believe that therapists are guides on the journey of healing, helping individuals discover their own paths rather than dictating directions. My passion for this work stems from the joy of witnessing those 'ah-ha' moments when clients deepen their self-understanding and transform their lives. I love empowering people to look within, fostering connections that lead to profound insights and meaningful change. It's incredibly fulfilling to walk alongside someone as they uncover their unique answers and embrace their authentic selves.

A BIT ABOUT ME…
When I'm not guiding others on their journeys, I’m busy juggling life as a mom and wife in beautiful Sierra Vista, Arizona. Originally from Washington State, I call the PNW my home and am used to living near rivers and lakes. Now, while I embrace the desert lifestyle (minus the occasional tarantula), you can find me nose-deep in a good book (or trying to remember which book I started last), enjoying the great outdoors—boating, fishing, or floating down the river. I thrive on deep meditation, cooking up delicious meals, getting lost in my small garden, baking sourdough bread, and embracing nature's beauty—though I must admit, my kids keep me blissfully unaware of the latest pop culture trends!
With Love,
STEPHANIE MCINELLY
